How does this work?
Your image is drawn onto an HTML canvas with the watermark text overlaid, then exported as a PNG — everything happens on your device, nothing is uploaded.
Can I add a logo instead of text?
This version supports text watermarks only. For a logo overlay, you'd need an image-editing tool that supports layering two images.
Does watermarking reduce image quality?
The image is re-encoded as PNG when exported, which is lossless, so quality is preserved aside from the watermark text itself being added on top.
