Which sizes are generated?

16x16 and 32x32 (browser tab favicons), 180x180 (Apple touch icon), and 192x192 / 512x512 (Android/PWA icons) - the standard set most sites need.

Do I need a .ico file too?

Modern browsers support PNG favicons directly, so a .ico file is no longer strictly required, though some older tools may still expect one.

Why does my logo look blurry at 16x16?

Very small sizes lose fine detail — simple, bold logos with thick shapes tend to stay legible at 16x16, while intricate designs can become an unclear blur.
